BLUE wavelength is ultraviolet rays with blue light which has bactericidal effect.
RED wavelength with red light which promotes cell regeneration.
IR wavelength is near infrared with no light but it can relieve inflammation from deep skin and activate the body.
Wavelengths can also be used together, for example BLUE+IR or RED+IR.
